2. Choice and purchase the land for the Terra City Project (click on the image to continue)

The land for the Terra City Project will be purchased by the Terra City Foundation (TCF), which will be in charge of the realization and administration of the project. If necessary, the Hosting Municipality will amend the zoning of the land to accommodate the needs for the development of the project. The land will be divided in two parts:
 1. 'The International Village' - the central area of the land where the `Terra Countries' will be built, and
 2. 'The Hosting Village' where the visitors worldwide will be accommodated, and will comprise hotels, motels, inns, restaurants, stores... as well as residential buildings and houses.
