1. Nomination of the host Country/Province and official acceptance of the project

In a first stage, the project will be discussed with each municipality which could potentially become the host of the Terra City Project. Once the location is established, the Hosting Municipality and the Terra City Foundation will present the project to the Provincial Government for its official acceptance.
