The Initiator of the Terra City project
The Terra City project has been initiated by Human Wisdom - a publishing company based in Montreal, Canada. The first public mention of the Terra City project was made in the Terra City book published by Human Wisdom in November 2002.
For clarity, Human Wisdom has absolutely no affiliation with any political, religious, sect or other organization neither in Canada nor anywhere else in the world.
The Promoter of the Terra City project
The Terra City project is being promoted by the Terra City Foundation (TCF). TFL will join together the initiator of the project and the representatives of the main institutions involved in the development process of development: the hosting municipality, the provincial government, the federal government, financial institutions, the infrastructure engineering company, the builder of the infrastructure, the energy supplying companies of energy, as well as the representatives of the first participating countries in the project.
